Policies

Our regular business hours are from 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and statutory holidays. Walk-in counter service and emergency after-hours service is available.

Viking Instrument & Control Ltd. accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

The majority of our Customers have accounts with us. If your company wishes to open an account with Viking, please contact us and we will begin the approval process. Our credit terms are Net 30 days for approved customers.

All products are sold FOB our dock. We can pre-pay and charge your shipping costs or, if you wish, you can provide us with your courier of choice and your corresponding account number and we will ship collect. Freight insurance is the customer’s responsibility – if you require insurance, please mention this prior to us shipping your product. We assume no responsibility for products lost or damaged by couriers or freight companies.

Viking does not manufacture the products we sell. All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty and should the situation arise, Viking will help resolve any warranty claims with the manufacturer.

If you wish to return a product, please call us prior to shipping it back. All returned products require an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) prior to landing on our dock.

Viking Instrument & Control Ltd. makes every effort to keep the information on our website current. However with the large number of PDF files that we host, it can be expected that some may be out of date. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact us and we will make the information available.

Viking is an ISO9001:2008 certified company. A quality manual and procedures are in place and strictly adhered to.
